Corporate and tax planning

Corporate tax planning is an integraty process consisting in streamlining of economic and financial activities in accordance with tax legislation and an enterprise development strategy. This process can also be defined as a preliminary review, assessment of decisions in the field of financial and economic activities of the organization, taking into account the magnitude of possible tax payments and the selection of the best solutions from the standpoint of the organization’s targets. This interpretation of corporate tax planning assumes that any decision, such as investing funds, reorganizing legal entity, creating a branch, entering a new market, increasing production, choosing a business partner, etc., should be assessed taking into account the tax implications.
